In today's automotive sales industry, the majority of workers have gone to college or university. Subjects of study include architecture, history, engineering, accounting, economics, journalism, education and more.
While our chosen fields of study play a major role in our personal development, they have very little to do with the profession of automotive retail.
At the Automotive Sales College of Canada, the following formula for success is key:
Education + practice + consistency + self control = auto sales professional.
This is the formula practised at the college, along with the motto of "'The more you give to your customer, the more you will receive."
Today's car buyer's are sophisticated. They expect knowledgeable and professional car sales people.
But while the product and the dealership are important elements in purchasing a vehicle, research indicates the most significant factor in the decision is the salesperson.
Customer service and satisfaction is the No. 1 priority of all manufacturers and new car dealerships. Manufacturers continually produce quality products, while dealerships continually strive to acquire skilled, educated and motivated professional sales staff.
The Automotive Sales College of Canada is committed to the education and professional development of automotive sales consultants.
The College is recognized as producing floor ready and professionally trained sales consultants who have been taught the importance of having a strategic game plan, which must be executed consistently in order to achieve maximum results.
Graduates of the Automotive Sales College of Canada are career-oriented professionals with a solid understanding of automotive selling as a profession.
